Ok Compost Industrial Certification

Following the recent acquisition of Vinçotte Italia, TÜV AUSTRIA can boast a significant expansion of its experience also in the environmental and food safety field.

The eco-sustainability of materials and the environmental compliance of products is fully part of ETI’s policy, which has always aimed at minimizing their negative impact without compromising their quality and performance.

In order to increase its environmental commitment, ETI has been adopting state-of-the-art integrated quality control systems and has subjected its production of coffee and soluble capsules to inspections and testing by the TÜV AUSTRIA group.

The studies carried out by the certifying agency and the analyses carried out on samples taken from distributors’ stocks have allowed ETI to obtain the prestigious OK COMPOST INDUSTRIAL mark award.

The OK COMPOST mark, owned by the group since 2017, is the result of more than 20 years of research and development, is effective at European level and is able to guarantee that the certified product has undergone accurate studies and specific analyses, and fully meets the stringent requirements of the UNI EN 13432 standard.

Packaging or products displaying the OK COMPOST INDUSTRIAL label are guaranteed as BIODEGRADABLE in an industrial composting plant, and this applies to all components, inks and additives present in the processing of the good.

OK COMPOST represents an important recognition, which once again testifies the experience and care with which ETI manufactures its products.
