ETI‘s design staff is highly qualified to develop the product and the mould. The project’s economy and the performances to be achieved deserve special attention. The product design allows the complete customization of the component and the mould.
ANALYSIS AND STUDY
Through the use of advanced software, we verify the correct geometry of the part to be manufactured, allowing the technicians to rectify any defects. We move on to the three-dimensional simulation, to study the filling points and proceed with the construction of the mould and the choice of the type of material.
PROTOTYPING
The creation of the model using rapid prototyping technology, allows us to make important observations on the current project, especially on the morphological aspect.
