CONSTANT QUALITY CONTROL
We constantly guarantee the structural requirements and specifications requested by the customer. Our internal department carries out continuous quality tests on the parts. From the design phase to advanced rapid prototyping techniques, production and post-processing, the department in ETI srl performs constant monitoring and quality control. Quality management and piece certification are an integral part of the production process. The approval of new products is carried out using the most modern measurement methods.
RECYCLING MATERIALS
ETI ensures careful management of the recycling process of the materials used for processing. The waste and scraps materials are recycled, re-granulated in line and recycled in percentages lower than 25%.
PARTICULAR CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
ETI srl has always been involved in the search for an intelligent balance between project economy and environmental impact. A clean company with zero emissions, all plants are closed-cycle and do not produce any emissions into the atmosphere. Its temperatures are always kept under control, eliminating the risk of harmful emissions. Temperature management allows optimization of energy consumption. The continuous search for the best raw materials available on the market, besides contributing to the performance required by the customer and compliance with product requirements, contributes to the sustainability of the entire industrial project.
Since March 2020 ETI is certified for the use of the ‘OK COMPOST INDUSTRIAL’ mark of conformity.
